Even as the aspect of music changes over the years, this song will still leave a memorable mark. The strings being plucked in this piece show as much emotion as the vocals do as they leave a mark in your notebook. Abraham Lincoln will even shake your hand for listening to this song.
Originality may be hard to come by these days but it’s clear that “I’m A Natural Blue” is one of a kind. Some lyrics that have stuck with me after listening to this song were “Everyone wants someone else / To wear their skin until it’s out.” I wouldn’t be surprised if this were tattooed on someone’s ribcage due to its deep message. Not only does this song convey a special message between the lines, but you’re sure to find it on anyone’s future roadtrip playlist.
